i'm surprised there aren't any topic about it, but i just recently started downloading the beta trial of MAG on the ps3 and was wondering which faction (Raven, Valor, SVER) should i choose first?


ps: Personally i'm more into the Raven "hightech-PMC" ... then SVER... then Valor.

Just base it off of what Guns you like. Thats the best way to chose.

S.V.E.R: Rusian guns Dragonov, AK103, AN-94, Vector, AK-74u etc.
Valor: American guns M4, both SCAR mods, M60, Mk. 43, M-14, M-200, TMP, MP5, Mossburg, M92
RAVEN: European guns AUG, SiG 556 commando, PSG-1, P-90, MP-7, M93, F2000, FiveSeven etc.

Sry about not knowing RAVEN and S.V.E.R. to much but I really only played with Valor.

The beta trial came out today in the UK, search MAG on PSN. (It's not advertised on the front page)

Also the group sound interesting, but I would like to see if I enjoy the game before I join it.

The US and Japan could download it a while ago.
We, Europeans, could only download it since today. Server is online now, I believe.
It's been downloading for 2 hours 30 minutes, I hope it's finished by 10.30PM.

in almost any game, (I just love the Steyr Aug) i've hardly seen the FAMAS anywhere!???

Yeah I'm sry to say that the FAMAS is not in this game and I will be updating the list as I start to remeber.

S.V.E.R. But I can't play any matches. The matchmaking takes ages. I've been waiting like 1 hour and I still haven't been able to enter a match. When I press triangle to check, it's always like:

0/32

And then it goes to:

2/32
1/32
4/32

Public beta is open now.TO EVERYONE.

I've been playing S.V.E.R and i must say that i am enjoying it.And i have never been in the losing team as S.V.E.R.

the only problem is the constant error messages that sometimes appears 11:1 13:5 and such...
