Ok, let's get this out of the way. I can't stand PETA. I think that for the most part, members of PETA are out of their frickin' minds. They are far too extreme in their demonstrations. If one of them ever poured a bucket of blood on me, there's no guarantee I wouldn't violently destroy that person.

But here's the thing: I think animals are pretty cool. They are part of the food chain, which is pretty important. Many can be kept as pets. Some can even fly! That's pretty cool, right?

That's why I'm starting M.E.A.T.

Models for Ethical Animal Treatment

It basically just means that if you see an animal, be cool about it instead of acting like a psychopath. If you see someone wearing leather, give them a high-five instead of a bucket of cow blood and say, "Way to use all the parts of the animal, just like the Native Americans did!" If you see a squirrel, don't punch it. Instead, try giving it a cashew or something. I'm pretty sure they like those.

i think more extreme measures are required: i say we pour animal blood over them and see how they like it

then we make an official appology and invite them out to dinner at a kebab joint
and when they dont show, we send them kebabs

then we kidnap a squirrel and take a picture of it tied up with a gun to its head saying that unless they stop, the squirrel's blood will be on their hands

and when they dont stop? we send them the head of said squirrel along with a photo of a chicken with the same message as before
each time they dont stop, we send them the head of the previous animal and a photo of a bigger animal in a hostage situation

If this was to happen PETA would seem a lot less extreme and would gather a lot more supporters of there cause. Its not the animals fault that there is a Extremist group out there. torture is still Torture, animal or not.
