Looks like a great game. I'd buy it, but I'm broke, so I have to rent it. If it plays anything like God Hand, I'll definitely save up money. Freakin' rent leaves less than $10 a month for entertainment.
Does the game have multiplayer? I think it'd be awesome if they had a score competition or something.

Probably going to wait for it to go down in price, or just rent it. It looks good, just not good enough for a full purchase.
I was considering renting or buying it but I'm not really in the mood for mindless killing right now. I'll probably check it out when it has a price drop.
I just finished it today. It's a great game, and there's really nothing else like it. It is a short game (about 5 hours), and there's the occasional issue with the camera or motion controls, but those are immediately forgiven by the in-your-face violence and generally fun gameplay. This is the kind of game the Wii desperately needs, and this game needs to succeed on the platform. If you've been complaining about the lack of hardcore games on the Wii, you owe it to yourself to buy (not rent) MadWorld.

Plus, you have a chainsaw attached to your arm and can play human darts.
If that's not good enough for a full purchase, then very few games are.
I will admit that while it does seem like something really epic, it isn't. But it is still a really cool game I would recommend that any one with a Wii should at least try it.
I do like how the Black Barron, yes that is his actual name in the game and yes it would have been a thousand time cooler is Samule Jackson did the voice, gets killed every time you see him. Great running gag.
Plus the main character has a blood @$%# robotic arm that pops out a chainsaw! And has it not since the beging of time been that which man has always wanted?
