Hello there fellow Escapists, today I need a bit of extra help. You see, I've decided to put together a local tournament for some friends and such.

We've got some guidelines set aside and whatnot, but I need to make sure I'm not missing anything. I want this to be airtight, y'know?

Here's what we have so far...

1) Choose a deck for the tourney. No deviations. (It's a one day tournament, no reason to have more than one active deck. No more than 8 players MAX.)
2) Entry fee is a booster pack/monetary equivalent/custom booster pack. What I mean by custom booster pack is that the participants will make a 15 card stack of the proper number of commons, uncommons, and a rare to equate a booster pack.
3) Standard ban list ruling (link provided, along with easily accessible lists and banned card rulings). No fucking about, if you have a card that's banned, pull it out of your deck. No exceptions. Fair's fair.
4) Matches are best 2 out of 3 and will be judged by 2 of the players most familiar with the rules. All judge rulings are final.

We want to make it as close to a real tournament as possible, and I know that there are some lovely folks here that know the rules better than I and my friends.

In short; I'd like to know if the guidelines set are fair and just for a "real tournament feel" and if you'd go along with these rules if your friends set up a tourney.

I would also like to know if anything needs tweaking rule-wise.

And before anyone says, yes, there IS a place we could go for tournaments but this is a bit of a special occasion. My brother is visiting for the weekend from work and we want to give him a big blowout, bash kind of thing.
