Alright, so this is where I stand:
For my birthday, I got a set of Gamecom Platronics 367 headphones (among other things, of course).
They work perfectly fine, and are essentially the best set of headphones I've ever owned.
Till I tried them out in TF2.
I was told that my mic was "Buzzing". I presumed it was a minor issue.
Till I heard it myself using voice_loopback 1 in the console.
I'm not even kidding when I tell you that it sounded like an angry beehive raping my ears.
So, as a conclusion, I'd like to get some help on this issue. I already looked on at least 25 websites I found through Google, but to no avail. I've tried tinkering with the mic settings in both Steam and Windows, but nothing happens.
On the same topic, the problem only persists when I use the microphone with Steam. Anywhere else, it's superb.
