Ok first off let me say I am not a wii fan. I use to be with gamecube and N64 *this is where my complaint comes in* Now i haven't really played to many wii games myself but i have seen videos watch E3 etc. Now i understand the graphics can be good.... "for a wii". Now the only other thing my wii does besides collect dust is play my gamecube games which are fun. I never was one for jrpg's but way back when i bought a game called lost kindgoms 2 for the gamecube. Its a game where u summon cards to fight for you, you transform into them, summon one to have one attack, or let them do there own thing and kill. So to pass the time i plugged it in and started playing. It all went peachy king for a while untill i ran into the fossil level. In the very last part of the level i was grinding for xp with 3 of my summon monsters and in the last part theres 4 baby dragons that spawn over and over and over again forever. Now i only played it for about 15 min before my wii started to lag... i figured o what the hell and ignored it. After about another 5 min my wii crashed..... which is pathetic. Heres why A. The game worked perfectly on the gamecube. Now i at the very least expected the wii to have better graphics capabilities than the gamecube but it does not so it seems seeing as how it never lagged or crashed for me. B. The game is from 2003..... count it 2003 what year is it now....... yeah thats pretty pathetic. C the graphics for the time are pretty good heres a link to see them. Maybe im being to harsh seeing as how i also own a PS3 and Xbox940 but honestly i think thats pretty bad. Any wii users care to throw in their 2 cents about this?

I'm not sure where your complaint is coming from - are you complaining that one of your games crashed?

Well, as it's a Gamecube game, it isn't entirely surprising. See the box that you're putting the Gamecube game in? Is it a Gamecube? No, it's a Wii.

Emulation is a tricky process and won't often work all that well. Wii games look fine and I believe that due to technical limits, it pushes developers to make artistically beautiful games for it. If you don't like it, try some of its AAA titles, like the Metroid Prime trilogy or the 3D Legend of Zelda's.

The Wii has a lot of shovelware for sure, but it's a good system. Give it a chance.

Well I've never had any crashes, but I loved that game and I was just looking for it the other day to no avail. Maybe now, I'll stop looking. You sure its the graphics failing, or maybe just some system malfunction?

The Wii can have a lot of gripes against it, but when your biggest concern is bad emulation, I think you're overreacting.
Remember, we, people who own a PS3 Slim, can't play PS2 or PS1 games at all. I think neither can my Xbox.

I have that game too but I never had any problems with my Wii... unless you count the time my first Wii died from a disk read error.

Well seeing as its from 2003..have you ever thought it might be dusty or scratched up a bit? All of my Gamecube games work on my Wii just fine, Metroid Prime didn't at first but all I had to do was wipe it up a bit and it worked just fine.
