Red Dead Redemption made me cry. I held strong during the main ending...coming dangerously close all the while, but then "Bury Me Not on the Lone Prairie" started playing...and I totally lost it.

Try Lost Odyssey. There's one scene in particular that made me come close to crying, and the short stories scattered throughout are quite sad also.

I had a PSP a while back....mostly played the original Dissidia on it. Weird now that I come to think about it. Not trying Crisis Core that is. Oh well, sold the thing so...

Planescape: Torment (available off GoG) is also incredibly emotional at many points in the game, and a must-play in any case.

Oh, I just remembered, both of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games made me cry like a baby at the endings. Oh god, I feel so embarrassed admitting that.
