I was actually thinking about a similar idea for gaming. Bring in another sense. Although all you'd smell in most games is cordite, smoke, and blood. Still would be kind of cool, although I doubt it'd be as great an idea as I imagine it to be.

Can't say I've ever even heard of it. From the name, I assume it doesn't involve manly US marines shooting up Russians.

It's a hilarious JRPG, it and its sequel, Mother 3, are definitely well worth playing, even if you dislike JRPGs immensely like me, their hilarity counteracts the JRPGness. Though Mother 3 was never released outside Japan, so that would be up to you to find it for yourself.
