Make your own Avatar Items!

Microsoft has just announced that your favorite game are having their own line of Avatar items and awards available soon. Escapists, if you could have any Avatar Items from any games of your choice (ANY. Not just Xbox exclusives.), what would they be?

My own:
Pet Nazi Zombie from Call of Duty World at war.
Remote Controlled Phantom from Halo 3
White Battlefield: Bad Company 2 T-shirt with the front cover box art on it.

By the way, that little bit about Microsoft making these is obviously fictional.

To be honest all the ones I'd suggest I am baffled as to why they haven't made them already, they'd sell tonnes of them:

Half Life - Gordon Freeman's Hazard suit.
Portal - Turret, Companion Cube and Portal Device.
Fallout 3: Brotherhood of Steel and Enclave Armour.
Halo - Spartan Armour.
Mass Effect - Quarian, Turian and Krogan Armour.
Bioshock - Splicer Masks.

Did you read the post? I said if you could, what would you have? Out of any game ever. Currently, they release items from one or two games/something else every 2 or so weeks, and the games are only ones available on Xbox 360 in some way.
The questions I posed involved anything of your choice, from any game ever in the world. Totally up to you.

They have Blood Dragon Armour for Mass Effect 2, but they don't have the Dragon Age equivalent. I would love that.

Just out of coolness, even though its Xbox Live and so would never happen, I'd love it if my avatar was in a full Link outfit with sword and shield in hand.
