I made one, I'd post it but I don't know how to post pictures. Just says that your PC has been locked and if you try to turn it on they'll sell your details to hackers, did have a funny idea for one of these though, go toa friends PC, hide all their icons (no name/icon)Print Screen, stick it in paint, then stick one of them in the middle and set it as their desktop
