I wake up in the hospital, the nurse gives me a bottle of vicadin and tells me I can go. I start walking down the street and get hit by a car, X finds me on the street dying, and we take a taxi back to my apartment. I put the number for the swat team on my speed dial.

I spend the next couple of hours watching that andromeda strain miniseries from a couple years back.
