​A man is recovering in Munich after a nightmarish one night stand with a woman who he says wanted way too much sex. When he first attempted to leave the woman's apartment after several sessions of lovemaking, she insisted on doing it again, and as a police spokesman said, "Because the 43-year-old saw no other alternative, he complied with the woman's wishes another few times so he could finally leave the apartment."

According to police, the 47-yr-old woman even offered herself to officers on the scene but was unsuccessful. She is being charged with sexual assault and illegal restraint.

Would I call the cops on her? Nah. I'd just go with it (providing she's good looking of course). If you're at the point of having one-night stands, why not get a fortnight's worth at once? Besides, it sounds as if she's has plenty of experience. Open to a lot of different shit too, I'd imagine.

All I said earlier, was that they should think carefully about this story, and the obvious reason is because its a test of their self-consistency. Whether or not a few self-proclaimed feminists post inconsistent opinions about this story, and its hypothetical gender-reversed dual, in this particular thread is irrelevant - its still a good test of how consistently a person believes in gender equality. All I said is that they should think carefully!

Germany is one of the places that doesn't distinguish between rape and sexual assault like some other places do. So the woman is basically facing charges of rape as well.

You know there's an obvious implication when you single a particular group out like that. 'All I said' is a poor excuse. You should know it implies something. If I go in and see a story about murder and say "Oh isometry should think carefully about this" there's obviously more implied than just what is siad.

Feminists are the ones who believe in gender equality, that's why it's important for them to think about this case. For someone who sees a difference between a woman who wants too much sex and a man (like the author of the news article and his editor, it reads nothing like a rape story - look at the picture they use to headline the article), then this story is not an important test of the self-consistency of their principles.
