How about actual manly things? Being a strong and stable protector of your family, being able to fix things with your own hands, having the "buck stop here," living life with dignity and honor, etc.

Besides, if we're going with the adolescent/party animal stuff, I hardly think one should lose "man points" if they ditch friends to score with a girl. Any friend who's truly a friend will commend such an effort and not be a cockblock.

Oh, my friends and I do this all the time. We don't actually keep track of the points though. Maybe I should start a leaderboard or something...

A famous lot of man-points were won in my group when one of my friend just started screaming in the middle of a class before abruptly stopping, choosing to not draw attention to it in anyway. Man, being one of only three people who knew what was going on made it so hard to pull a straight face.
