Man turns dead cat into helicopter

I highly doubt that cat wanted his/ her corspe to be made into a helicopter. Honestly I don't know what to make of this as it's obviously it's distasteful for some people out there.

As far as I am aware a cat cannot form such an abstract thought.
And even if it did, how does one even know what the cat would or would not have wanted?

Also, that something is distasteful to some people out there is hardly a valid argument.

I'll admit I got a good laugh out of this but seriously I have ask why would some do this? Normally I'd be content with "too much time on his hands" or "just because I can" but for some reason those two just aren't enough.

I was told it was a helicopter when to me it acts more like a hovercraft. I am very unimpressed with this false advertising.

Read any of the comments on a Youtube video that has anything remotely concerning animals in it. Someone will be complaining about animal cruelty, even if no one interacts with the animal.

first off, the reason that is between "" is that you didn't say this. I know that and are not addressing you personally.

But this is not gross because it is made out of a cat or a dog. this is gross because it has retained the shape of said creature, right down to the legs sticking out the bottom.

It is just a hollowed out animal she stores her stuff in. it would be just as gross if it were fox or any other animal, if it was made in the same way.

If the fur was used to make an ordinary looking handbag, there wouldn't be as many problems, regardless of which animal it came from (discounting endangered species of course).

note; I personally am against using fur of any kind but that's just me and that is irrelevant here

It obviously died of its own accord, and taxidermy is a highly common thing. As much as it's a bit disgraceful to the cat's body, the cat is dead. And anyone who had a close relationship with the cat obviously has no qualms about doing it. Hey, you could even look at it from the side that it's giving the cat publicity and fame! Woo!
