Wish I had more time and money to put into Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Hellsing, Blade of the Immortal, and Priest to name a few.
I'm a huge fan of Akira and Battle Angel, and BA's Last Order sequel.

Not a fan of manga really, except Yotsuba. Though I did read some Code Geass manga too in order to get some back stories nad actually find out C2's real name

I'd say
Soul Eater: Deeper than the anime and currently building up to a great final battle.
Parasyte: Pretty cool story about an alien attaching to a boy's hand.
Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler):WAAAAAAAAY better than the anime.
Franken Fran: Very Dark and funny series that somehow made a chapter that was %50 baby death be funny...Kind of twisted humor
My Balls: a HEAVY ecchi manga about a man who has the queen of hell trapped in one of his testicles. Very funny.
