Marble Hornets.

You might have noticed me having posted about this a couple times recently...
For anyone who doesn't know, Marble Hornets is a 28-part horror movie about the Slender Man Mythos (scroll down in the link) [http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3150591&userid=0&perpage=40&pagenumber=3#post361861415], so being a Slender Man fan (ish, that's some scary shit), I decided to check out Marble Hornets. I did a bit of research first, because people state it's by far the scariest thing they've ever seen, eventually I loaded parts 1-4 onto my iPod and watched them at school. They were a bit edgy, nothing special. Today I'm sick from school (not cause of slender man, it's a cold, shut up), decided to get 5-16 and the introduction, watched the intro and got mildly spooked, and after seeing half of 5 I gave up. I won't lie to you, I'm too scared to watch more. I'm still edgy.

So, to the point. Has anyone on the Escapist seen Marble Hornets, if so, how bad was it, did you even find it scary, was it so bad after all, do you want to see it now that I've mentioned it, any thoughts... et cetera.

If you haven't seen it, I advise you not to watch it unless you've got a strong stomach...

I've seen up to episode 23 or 24 or so, and it was rather interesting. It was nothing horribly scary, and I absolutely hate horror so I think that's saying something. It was just kind of interesting.

The reason I've not gone ahead and finished it is because I 'quit' Youtube for a while because I got bored. I'll probably go back to watching things on Youtube at some point in the future, but until then Marble Hornets remains unfinished.

I got interested in slender man after reading a story dedicated to the creature on creepypasta. I watched some of the videos some time ago, they are cool in a creepy way. Not to spoil anyones fun, but if you are ever scared at night, just remember that he was made up, he is a creation from somethingaweful forums.

I lost interest after the hands starting coming out of walls. Geez, and I thought it was going to be a murder mystery thing. but no, they had to go and ruin it with awesome computer design.
