I have been thinking about this idea all day!

It's a theme park based on both Marvel Comics and DC Comics!

I've got most (if not, all) of it figured out:

DC/Marvel Comic Zone:

Rides/Attractions:

"Superman Vs. Hulk: The Roller Coaster"
Dueling Roller Coaster
The park-goers walk through the Fortress of Solitude (complete with alien zoo, the Bottled City of Kandor and statues of Kal-El's parents), where they see Superman watching his global-threat-observation computer and flies off to save Metropolis from the Hulk.
The park-goers then watch on the same computer as Superman and the Hulk go toe-to-gigantic-toe.
The park-goers then enter one of the two roller coaster carts (Red/Blue for Supes and Green/Purple for Hulk) and they ride the twisting, winding, totally exciting coasters with plenty of near-misses and loops! Just when you think the ride is over, SUPRISE! A second lap! "'Why?' you ask?" Because Supes and the Hulk's alter ego, Dr. Banner, just figured out that the real threat to the city is Brainiac and the Leader.

"Batman/Spider-Man Adventure City"
Kid-friendly Play Area
This enclosed area is stuffed with various games based on everyone's favorite Dark Knight and Web-Slinger. There's an obstacle course (both), a bungee sling (both), an underground system of tunnels (Batman), a giant swing rope (Spider-Man), a virtual Batmobile (Batman), a suction-cup climbing wall (Spider-Man), and the piece de resistance:
the Arkham Asylum/Stryker's Island Shooting Gallery! Two players take control of two guns, one that shoots black discs (Batarangs) and another that shoots white balls (Web Bullets). Both players rack up points shooting at villains (such as the Joker and the Green Goblin) while avoiding hitting friendlies (like Jim Gordon and Mary Jane Watson). Double points for hitting your hero's enemies! The one with the most points wins!

"Wonder Woman and Thor in: Battle of the Ancients"
Live-Action Stunt Show
Wonder Woman, champion of the Amazons, and Thor, Asgardian God of Thunder, team up to prevent the destruction of their world at the hands of Ares, God of War, and Loki, God of Mischief. Includes Circes and her man-animal minions and the giant animatronic face of the Fenris Wolf!

"Flash/Quicksilver Racing Rally"
Go-kart Racing Track
A competitive attraction where players race in go-karts based on DC's and Marvel's various speedsters, such as the Flash, Quicksilver, Max Mercury, Whizzer, Zoom, and Speed Demon.

"Bunker X-T: X-Men/Teen Titans"
Indoor Animated/Live Action Show
The audience is first seated, while live actors playing Dr. Bolivar Trask and Director Amanda Waller display their new generation of mutant-hunting Sentinel robots. Then, AIM and HIVE, led respectively by MODOK and Brother Blood attack the facility, attempting to take control of the Sentinels for themselves. When all hope seems lost, the X-Men and the Teen Titans attack the terrorists! Professor X telepathically calls out to the audience, telling them to evacuate the building. Raven and Storm conjure a shield of wind and black magicks around a nearby open bridge to protect the audience (think the water funnel from Islands of Adventure's Poseidon's Fury, but illuminated with black light instead of blue).
The audience follows the tunnel into a plane hanger, with fake debris for sitting on, where the rest of the animated battle between the Heroes and Villain.
Here's the climax: a live action battle between the team of Robin and Wolverine and the team of Deathstroke and Dethlok. Guess who wins?

"F4/GL: Cosmic Clash"
Simulation
The park-goers are now participants in a space shuttle experiment. The experiment goes wrong and the shuttle plunges head first into a cosmic storm! The shuttle is saved by the Green Lantern Hal Jordan but it ends up on Warworld, a gladiator planet ruled by Mongul and his new ally, Annihilus. Their minions attack the shuttle and Green Lantern and the Fantastic Four arrive to defend it. The shuttle escapes Warworld's atmosphere, but ends up in a battle between the cosmic titans Imperiex and Galactus; the shuttle would have been crushed if not for the intervention of Star Sapphire and the Silver Surfer.

"Captain Marvel/Iron Man: Magic Vs. Machines"
Indoor Roller Coaster/3D Simulation
Captain Marvel and Iron Man team up to take down Black Adam and the Mandarin, who attempt to turn the Rock of Eternity into a satellite super-weapon. Includes appearances by Mary Marvel, Shazam the Wizard, War Machine and Black Widow.

Restaurants:

The Atlantis Cafe
Seafood
A seafood restaurant, surrounded by various aquariums and sealife displays. Includes frequent appearances by the Kings of Atlantis, Orin the Aquaman and Namor the Sub-Mariner.

The Temple of Replenishment
Gourmet Food
Enjoy two stories of exotic Asian, Indian, and European cuisine while studying the magic artifacts of the Sorcerers Supreme, Dr. Fate and Dr. Strange.

The Mess Hall
Fast Food
You in the mood for some real American food, soldier? Then bring your sorry butt down to the Mess Hall, where you get burgers and fries served to you by the agents of America's elite fighting forces, S.H.I.E.L.D. and Checkmate. You also get to meet Captain America, Nick Fury, and the members of Task Force X (aka the Suicide Squad).

The Bakery of Chaos
Ice Cream and Deserts
A variety of sugary treats, each named after the members of the Secret Society of Super-Villains and the Masters of Evil.

Stores/Other:

The Training Simulator
Video Game Arcade
Play coin-operated versions of current Marvel and DC games, like "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and "X-Men Origins: Wolverine."
The major attraction of this area is a video game made specifically made for this theme park:
DC Vs. Marvel, a 3-D fighting game where you can play as the major heroes and villains of DC and Marvel!

The Museum
Toys, Souveniers
Buy various trinkets, such as coffee mugs, dog tags, action figures, playing cards, and prop weapons.
There's also the Amalgam Maker, a series of coin-op systems where Mr. Mxyzptlk and Impossible Man help you make a combination of any Marvel character with any DC character and print out a collectible card, complete with stats.

The Armory
Clothing
Like it says, a clothing shop with various DC and Marvel based shirts, pants, hats, and jackets.

The Eternal Observatory
Books, DVDs, and Video Games
The very axis in which the theme park rotates! (Not literaly, of course)
The Eternal Observatory, situated in the middle of the park, is flanked on both sides by the Monitor and the Watcher. Here you can buy comics, comic encyclopedias, DVDs, and video games, about Marvel Comics and DC Comics.

Holiday Events:

"Black Lanterns Vs. Marvel Zombies"
Halloween
The F4/GL simulator is converted into a new simulator, a horrifying thrill ride where the dead rise to the skies as Black Hand and the Black Lanterns take on Colonel America and Marvel Zombies! Who ever wins, we lose!

"Lobo and Deadpool in: A Very Mutilated X-Mas"
Christmas
The Wonder Woman/Thor show becomes the setting for this yuletide bloodbath.
Watch in a combination of amazement and horror (horazementor?) as the Main Man and the Merc with a Mouth blast each other for the opportunity to assassinate Santa Clause.

Well, what do you guys think?
Pretty awesome, eh?

I'm just going to go to the nearest Amusement Park (Six Flags for me) and put paper signs on each ride, renaming them to whatever your talking about.

Goliath will be the new Hulk ride, Scream can be... Black Banshee, Tatsu can be... The Scorpion.

Won't have to touch Superman, already well named :D.
