Marvel Heroes, who would win?

I really don't want to turn this to a rage fest but:

Pick a Marvel Hero to beat the hero the person above you chose.

Try and be inventive and list the way your hero would beat the other.

To start off:

She wins by being the most powerful Marvel Hero ever.

In the spirit of the thread, Cyclops, She Hulk would not be able to get close to him thanks to his powers of "Red Eye Beams of Fuck you" and his accomplished strategy in battle.

Punisher shoots him and he quips about burritos, and starts firing randomly at punisher. He gets closer and then Deadpool pulls out some samuri swords chopping him to bits.
