Maybe Platinum could do it? They know how to make a fun, over the top action game. I'd like to see what they could do with all the different Marvel characters.
A big Japanese development team that is unlikely to know the heart of Marvel (and hardly more likely to understand the 9/11 context of the movie) working on an Avengers game? That sounds crazy enough to work!
