It's been announced that Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is coming to the Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network. I almost soiled myself when I heard this. What is everybody elses thoughts?

Been done, (see my thread) but I am buying it on every platform it is available on. That game is the greatest game ever to me and the demo actually hit PSN today (be warned, local multiplayer only).
On a side note, you joined this site on my birthday

You have no idea how honored you should be. :)
I think it's the other way around ha, but yeah. I'm surprised PSN didn't crash from so many people grabbing the demo

This thing is strong. If it survived the Resident Evil 5 Demo it can handle a fair bit. Although I don't want to see the effects when the God Of War III demo hits.

Yeah, a major problem is that its only local multiplayer. There's fun to be had in beating the shit out of an empty controller, but you have to ask yourself, why did they limit it? Why not allow at least unranked online?
God Of War 3 demo...oh god, I'm not going anywhere near my PS3 that day. Not sure about the local only thing though. But it sure as hell wasn't capcom. Word on the street is that it's Backbone (the guys who developed this version) that set it up this way.
