As some of you might know, Capcom isn't done with DLC for MvC3 yet, which means that there is always the possibility of more characters. Thus, Capcom specifically created a thread in their forums for people to talk about it in.
I've made a read a few posts in it, but never made a definitive list of what I wanted yet until recently. My list apparently sparked some debate; some said the characters were stupid, others liked only a couple, and still some were arguing over why people were getting bent of out of shape over a personal list. The offending posts have since been removed (leaving mine as the latest post in thread), but I thought it would be interesting to get the Escapist's opinion on my list. There must be a few people who play the game here to have an opinion.
So here is a copy of my post from over there. What do you think?

Well, I've refined my list from before, and I think people would like it, if just for the fun of it. I mean hell, if any of these characters made it in, I would definitely use at least some of them all the time. My only problem is imagining movesets for them; while I can think of some Hyper Combos or basic attacks, I have a hard time imagining actual gameplay, though I can make a decent guess.
Marvel
The Abomination - The Incredible Hulk
I thought that Abomination would make for a more interesting Marvel villain than say, the Juggernaut again, or Sabertooth, etc. Being a much more brutal and smarter version of the Hulk could make for some interesting moves.
Surge - X-Men
Having Surge would be cool. She is one of the new "guard" you could say of the X-Men, electricity always makes for cool abilites/moves, and other than Storm's weather powers, lightning/electricity is rarely ever fully explored as a power in games. (Cole from InFamous non-withstanding)
Galacta - Galacta Side Story
Galacta is just awesome. I've always loved her character, and being in a game/setting against her father and other people would just be absolutely awesome to see. In addition, it gives a (technical) reason to have a "playable" Galactus that wouldn't be broken, because Galacta isn't nearly as powerful as her father. In addition, I see her being fairly versatile, not only because of command of the Power Cosmic and her intellilect but because of her numerous gadets and equipment she has made.
Possible Hyper Combos?
Galactic Decimator - Essentially a suped-up version of Iron Man's "Iron Avenger", Galacta grabs the enemy out of midair (required, fails otherwise) and proceeds to smear them along the map, finally ending her attack in one of her father's energy beam blasts. Cost: 1 Energy Bar, Works only on the Ground
Cosmic Leech - Counter move; only works vs. other Hyper Combos. When activated, Galacta will briefly wait to intercept the next Hyper Combo. If she does, she negates the damage, and instead uses her machines to drain Cosmic Energy out of the enemy, moderately damaging them and healing herself for 75% of the damage done. Cost: 1 Energy Bar, Works in Air, on Ground
Galactic Finisher - Counter Move; works vs. any physical attack. When activated, if Galacta intercepts a physical attack, she stuns the enemy (or enemies, if caught in a Crossover), teleports away and appears at the size of Galactus and punches the stage, dealing severe damage. Cost: 3 Energy Bars, Works only on the Ground
Capcom
Jedah - Darkstalkers
Jedah is the perfect Capcom villian to put in. Dude is beyond sick, he just leaks evil (Literally at times). He was an awesome character in Darkstalkers, and be hella fun to play as in MvC3. His moves in Darkstalkers were just twisted, and they'd be a nice contrast to the relatively "nice" moves of MvC3.
Possible Hyper Combos?
Reverse Transfusion - Jedah impales an enemy with one of his fingers, and then begins to fill them with blood, causing a body part to inflate and explode, causing moderate damage. (I'm sure some of you remember the effect this move had on Lilith in Darkstalkers 3) Cost: 1 Energy Bar, Works on both Ground and in Air.
Hell's Gate - Jedah opens a Portal to Hell (much like Dora's Dark Dimension Super), which if catchs the enemy, drags them down into Hell, where they are tortured by demons and Jedah, and then forcibly expelled. Cost: 3 Energy Bars, Ground Only
Megaman X - Megaman X
Its Megaman. Does it really need an explaintion?
Possible Alternate Outfits:
Network Megaman
Command Mission
Legends
Monster Hunter - Monster Hunter
Why? Because its badass, thats why. The screenshot is from the appearance of the MH in the PS3 version of LP2, so the MH has already appeared in other games. MH doesn't get enough love as it is, and a big name fighting game like MvC3 is the perfect place for him. Not to mention he/she already has a perfect set-up for a fight game, with an arsenal of weapons and some easy made Hyper Combos (Rathalos attack, anyone?).
Possible Alternate Costumes?
Uragaan Armor
Kirin Armor
Lag.Armor
