I do believe at :50 in Akuma's video he's fighting the final boss. If you pause the video and look closely at the middle of the screen, it says "Save the Earth".

Yeah, I saw that too. Maybe we'll have boss Doom, boss Wesker, then Galactus.

Anyway, I'm actually surprised that Akuma has appeared since the guys at CAPCOM said MvC's style is more about big differences so that's why Dan and Ken aren't in it. I'm also surprised at the lack of Frank West so far.

Now I'm thinking about a rushdown team of Wolverine/Akuma/Zero and another team of Amaterasu/Dante/Deadpool
