Oh yeah I just remembered one, well, odd thing that happened. So I imported my Paragon Male Shepard that was literally the default male Shepard, but when it did the import of the face the guy looked nothing like Shepard. He had a fat face and light brownish hair. Obviously it wasn't a big deal because it was just the regular Shepard, but I hope that I don't run into this same issue when I import my customized Renegade Female Shepard. Hopefully they'll fix that import bug by then..

There's a bug - imports of CustomSheps you played from ME1 through ME2 don't work properly. There are a couple of workarounds though...
Easiest way was probably generating a face-code in 2, than using the code to restore your custom face in 3... You might have to fiddle around a bit, it wasn't quite so easy. I think you only get the facecode if you change a thing when importing into 2 or something like that...

The bug doesn't completely negate the custom face. It'll get pretty close but not an exact match (i.e. my Renegade Shep had the same stubble-beard and haircut and general facial structure, just all the colors were wrong). So it really isn't too bad.

I'm about 90 minutes into ME3 but already I am liking it. The Kinect integration is a gimmick more than anything. I don't find the game being enhanced by my ability to yell out dialog options or give orders when my controller works perfectly well. Also I eventually had to disconnect my Kinect entirely because I was listening to my iPad while playing and it was picking it up and yelling at me to stop talking.
Yahtzee even said that at one point it looked like the game was interpreting its own audio as a kinect voice command, so you're probably better off like that ;-)
For me I was just getting annoyed by the damn red microphone icon that kept showing up on the upper left side of my screen. Also considering I listen to a lot of uncensored talk radio, the last thing I need is my Paragon Shepard accidentally picking Renegade options that have significant plot implications.

Speaking of Paragon & Renegade, I am tempted to do things differently this time around. Normally when I play Bioware games I do a "Good" playthrough on normal first as a soldier/warrior and then do an "Evil" playthrough on the next highest difficulty and a different class (for ME2 I did Adept.) But as I play this and see my past decisions already making an impact I'm itching to have both characters playing concurrently and seeing how dramatically different each experience is. Thing is I don't want to run through both quests before the DLC has been released, not to mention I think that I may get a little tired of replaying the same scenes one after another, although technically they could be dramatically different.

Anyone have any thoughts on concurrent quests vs sequential ones?
