Since Dragon age is mostly a half a game....no.... not really..... I got a feeling the moon buggy wont be modable you can mod only half the equipment(mod, put add ons on and change like in the first one). Oh and I bet they screw over combat.......

Ya I have no hope left in me :p

How the fuck is Dragon Age half a game? I spent fifty hours on my first play-through. That's five times as long as your average game now. I plan to do another play-through too. Or are you just one of those morons that plays straight through the main storyline and then complains about length and depth? Because the main storyline along with EVERY side quest in Fallout 3 was still only nineteen hours for me.

Half a game, please...go play some crappy JRPG with a dumb smile on your face.
Never played Bulders gate(or any mid to late 90s RPG) eh?

I have spent 30 hours on dragon age and 50 on FO3, both are under deved and unfinished.

DA has issues with saying its dialog system is improved but its not same 2 predictable results from all the convos, you can only enchant and poison mellee weapons, the runes you you get are 1/4 or less of all the stats/elements you should get, spells need an over haul as dose half the "classes" if you can call it that. Tactics is still bugy I am surprised how FF12's gambit system works better, Tactics seems wonky and under deved half the time. AI has some issues, levels are small.

Its half a great game making it a good game...I guess that would amke ME half a good game thus an ok game....mmmmmmmm......

Fo3 on the other hand is a wonky piss fest that's ok at best....oh....and don't get me started with FO3 or bioshock. ^_~!

And Jrpgs are worse they may be randomly longer but its MMO vill with the insesint ginding and bland equipment.... that killed FF12 for me...they came so far with level design to piss over themselfs with bland equipment and a broken skill system.....and FF13 is going back to FFX....or X2 as far as I am conserened....

Eight days left. Is anyone else going nuts from the anticipation?

I just got a new rig, so I can play all the games with teh awesome graphix. I have a HEAP of games waiting to be finished - Dragon Age, GTA IV, Crysis, Dirt 2, Vampire : Bloodlines, but I still can't stop thinking about ME2.

When I shoot people in GTA IV, I keep thinking about how amazing the combat will be in ME2. When I watch a cutscene, I keep waiting for the dialogue wheel to pop up. When I talk to Morrigan or pick up a girlfriend in IV, I keep imagining how awesome the love/hate relationship between Shepard and Miranda will be.

I. Am. Clinically. Obsessed.

Every evening I'm going to go to the cinema or a party, or anything else that will keep my mind occupied, otherwise I will go mad.
I just cant wait for you to buy it and when you start it your xbox red rings! It would be fucking hillarious to see you go through withdrawal..

Yes I am satanic.

I cant wait! But I'm trying not to get my hopes up cause that will ruin it for me. I had extremely high hopes when I bought the first ME, and hated it on my first playthrough. But then I played it again a few weeks later and loved it. I'm just hoping I don't go through the hate/love thing again.

I'm not a fan of "choosing your own response" games. They bore me, and remind of me stupid little flash games that have them in.

They may be crappy in your your own opinion. There no need to get all uppity-ass about it.

There's more to Mass Effect than that though.

They have a wonderful way of making you care about your responses and how they affect the characters.

As if I have time to play it... I have a stack of unfinished games already, and my work keeps me far too busy to get into a new game.

...

That said, I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition today.

Yeah I'm looking forward to it, knowing how short the first one was though it'll probably just take a day to finish.

When a rpg is trying hard(well as hard as mainstream gaming can....*sigh*) to evolve the whole dialog thing...... and its dissed caused its "boring"...you bet I will get uppity
and persnickety...the last thing we need is more dumbing down of this dumb ass industry ><

And yes... the high horse is frimly up my arse......
