Mass Effect 2 Mods?

Where the hell are they?

I have a few things I want to do but most importantly does anyone know where to get a working ME2 mod that removes the thermal clips.

Something that fixes the wonky user interface would be nice but I guess that a UI mod would be unlikely.

So if anyone knows where all the mods went (I cant find them anywhere) I would be very grateful to hear of them.
