Mass Effect 2 Personal Missions questions

hey this is more of a question as i can not find it anywhere.. How do i start the personal mission for the teammates more specifically Miranda Lawson.

Also scale of 1 to 10 how is the new mass effect and is it better than mass effect 1

You have to get their loyalty for you up to a certain point, then they might mention the mission or you can ask them about it. Then you should be free to persue it.

Thanks i didnt know that, but how do you gain their loyalty. i got the strategy guide and it said u get their loyalty once complete their personal mission.

If it works like ME1, you have to spend a bunch of time talking to them in between missions.

Yeah. IN the old game u talked after every mission, but now i dont havfe any more dialog options with miranda other than the same Normandy status and what do you do here thing.
