Mass Effect 2- The Ten.

Hey there, my fellow escapists. I've been going bonkers waiting around for Mass Effect two to finally be released, and as I've been watching the released material and the wikis, it has become apparent to me that there are to be Ten companion characters in this game... as of now, nine have been revealed.
In no particular order...

1. Jacob Taylor
2. Miranda Lawson
3. Tali'Zorah (vas Normandy, now.)
4. Garrus Vakarian
5. Grunt
6. Thane Krios
7. Subject Zero (or as I've dubbed her... SuZe!)
8. Samara
9. Mordin Solus
10. ??? (well, a little lower on pg.1, we realized it's Legion... not that it makes any sense just yet. Anyway, disregard the next paragraph and read below!)

So yeah... nine have been revealed, and one remains. Now, as I've been looking around, I see two groups forming. Some believe the last character will be Legion, Shepard's Geth stalker (creepy, much?) , but I'm not so sure, he definitely seemed sort of antagonistic. On the other side, some people believe the final character yet to be revealed will be Shepard's love interest of the previous game.

So I ask you, my fellow escapists, what do you think? The Stalker or the Lost Love?

Well, I guess that solves the issue, then, the Last character is ...most probably going to be Legion.

Yeah, I vote Legion as 10.

Also, I vote Grunt gets replaced with Wrex, and Samara with Liara, yes, I'm still a little bit upset about not being able to stick with your orignal squadmates from the first Mass Effect.

There's achievements for only 9 squadmates, so I'm pretty sure you only get 9. If there's a "10th" it would be Legion.

xD, from what I've seen, people's heads are exploding for Tali, lol. I'm glad that at least Garrus and her are in the game. Oh, and since a lot of important decisions were made dealing with Garrus (he was basically Shepard's Protege), think his demeanor will be different depending on his views by the end of ME1?

Oh, and I wouldn't be adverse to keeping the love interest as a playable character.

There's achievements for only 9 squadmates, so I'm pretty sure you only get 9. If there's a "10th" it would be Legion.

I think Saren should randomly come back to life, and you can be bestest pals. Not really, but would be a rather weird twist.

I've gotten really interested in Mass Effect 2...but since I haven't played the first one, I may have to borrow a copy of the first and do a quick run through (well...as "quick" as I can manage with an RPG lol)

Omg... that is without a doubt... the most awesome thing I've ever heard. In fact, i'd kick everyone else out if I got to have Anderson. Yeah, not even a full team, just me, captain anderson, and a couple o' shotguns. ^_^

Ah, well, I guess that solves it right there... though I'm now sad and dissapointed its ANYONE other than Captain Anderson...

It seems that all the old characters come back (except the dead one) but aren't going to be a part of your squad apart from Tali and Garrus.

Hmm, this has me wondering what happens at the start of the game so that they don't be a part of your squad. I hope that Bioware doesn't drop a bridge on them just to get em out of the way for a new bunch of characters. I liked Liara and Wrex.

The tenth character is probably Legion as others have mentioned, should be cool.

Alright, well since thats done, Who or what kind of characters would you want to see join Shepard on his (or her!) quest to thwart evil and save the world?

I'm pretty sure it's going to be Legion. I bet he will be kind of like HK-47 from KOTOR. He'll probably be hard to get though. I bet you will need to have your persuasions skill maxed, otherwise you'll have to kill him, just like Wrex in ME1. At least something along those lines.

He wants to negotiate with you. He's not an enemy.

Where did you hear that? And what does he want to negotiate about?

As far as I had heard, he was "stalking" you and it hadn't been revealed why. I was assuming that eventually he would confront you and, depending on how you handled the situation, you would either kill him or he would join you.

Of course this is all speculation.
