I'm about to speak some heresy here, but at this point the Mass Effect universe is more interesting to me than Star Wars.

Yep, Bioware really made a heck of a Universe.

One of the best I've ever been witness to.

I mean, Jesus Christ our Savior on Wheels, that was AWESOME! My hear was literally stopping with excitement.

It looks awesome, also, look out for the bearded dude in the video, he's made of win.

I am hoping that there will be a lot more side-quests this time around, not to mention planets to explore.

This game looks awesome. And I like the universe more than star wars too! (but thats probably because I read too heavily into the star wars universe that it got boring)

I think you have George Lucas to thank for that. Still, the Mass Effect universe to me has always been more interesting than Star Wars, because of all of the different organizations at play, as well as their different motives. It isn't simply several groups. It's their subsidiaries, and the people working within organizations with their own personal agendas. I can't wait to see who the primary antagonists are for this game. You have the options of Cerberus, ExoGeni, the biotics, or any new race or organization introduced. The Geth could even be brought back, as well as the return of some new Reaper that made its way out of the void beyond the Citadel. I can't wait for this game to come out.

Heavy weapons, improved characters models, better firefights, and the same in-depth dialouge and exploration goes even deeper! This game is already win! And it's not even done yet! Can't wait, can't freakin wait!

i finished the game twice, then i made a new game, not knowing it would overwrite my other game.
I did that just for 2 fucking achievements...
but will i have to replay it for ME2?

Yes, yes it was. Still, lets not despair just yet. They haven't released the ridiculous "metal" sex and violence trailer, so there is still hope. Regardless of the presence of the EA logo, I still have faith in Bioware.

I'm going to guess that you can just load a savegame of your choice. Or, maybe ME 1 stores the data of each character you finish it with, which you can use to start a new game in ME 2? Or maybe you get to pick who you killed off? Who knows. I doubt they'd make you play through it again, though.

Agreed on both points. For some reason, the music really gets me and makes me love the game's atmosphere; I love the strange xylophone-y stuff.

Also, pretty soon these graphics are going to make real-life look low-res...
