EDIT: Does anyone know who will sell this in the UK?

Where?! That's a tiny amount for this gift from the gods of Bioware!Genericjim101 said:Sadly at £69.99 this is a complete rip-off in the UK : /
They do, the article even said so. Gamestop would probably have the CE for PC if you have a Gamestop near you.DTWolfwood said:just cause im a total fanboy of this franchise, i'll mostly likely buy this. Assuming they have a PC version <.<
They do. I have both the x-box 360 and PC collector's editions pre-ordered. I am thinking about getting red of my x-box 360 though so I will pry have to cancel my 360 pre-order. I can't wait for Mass Effect 3. Hopefully Skyrim and The Old Republic will hold me over till then.DTWolfwood said:just cause im a total fanboy of this franchise, i'll mostly likely buy this. Oh, they wouldn't tease people like that. You missed the part about it being alternate armor for her, not her as a character (she's already been confirmed as a normal companion).MasterSplinter said:What?! Liara is a bonus character?
I thought she would be back as a normal character.
I am disappointed =(
Gamestation, Game and Gameplay. All a rip-off. £69.99 for PS3 & Xbox 360 and a passable £59.99 for PC... in Gamestation or it's £69.99 as well on the other sites : SChrono212 said:Where?! Srsly though, where is this sold?
No It looks like she is a normal character, she just has an alternative costume in the collectors edition. As for the bonus character...it would be nice to have my favourite thief back in the team...MasterSplinter said:What?! Liara is a bonus character?

Sorry, BSN has been guessing since E3 (back when the bonus mission name was leaked as ''The Prothean'') so the fanbase has came up with 3 options:The Great JT said:Bonus character?! BEGIN WILD MASS GUESSING!
Agreed, though doubtful since she was a DLC character. If, however, she makes a comeback...pillinjer said:As for the bonus character...it would be nice to have my favourite thief back in the team...
1) Liara has the role of 'Prothean expert' covered, even if she changed her job a couple of times since ME1.Josh12345 said:1. A Prothean expert: probably on Mars(this game's Freedom's Progress) but is probably unlikely because Liara's already confirmed.
2. A Collector: A survivor of the ME2 finale(maybe away from the Galactic core at the time) that might actually be on your side now that the Collector General is gone, maybe not though, considering due to excessive cloning, a Collector's lifespan is only 2-3 days.
3: A prothean: This is the most popular because and the end of ME1 we never found out what happened to the Protheans after they built the Conduit, so a theory is that they moved some of they're life-support pods onto the Citadel, hooked it up the the Citadels environmental systems and have been in stasis ever since.
Uh, they did use the Conduit to get to the Citadel. That's how they got there to re-program the Keepers before they died.CounterAttack said:Agreed, though doubtful since she was a DLC character. 2) I don't think this will happen. The Collectors were Shepard's enemies in ME2; even if they could communicate without Harbinger's influence, Shepard would shoot them on sight. I would use a certain squad member as an example of this, but it was captured instead of being destroyed because people know so little about the race.
3) After the Reaper invasion, the Protheans' total numbers were reduced to a dozen or so, stranded on Ilos. Vigil never said anything about them using the Conduit to reach the Citadel; the only influence they made on the station was to re-program the keepers before they died of starvation.
Definitely, I was going to get it when I saw it was $79.99, but then I saw how much it cost in the UK and thought "Fuck that." and pre-orded the standard edition instead.Genericjim101 said:Sadly at £69.99 this is a complete rip-off in the UK : /
Awww, it's cute!Andy Chalk said:I'm pretty sure is the first look at Commander Shepard's silly little robot dog.
Yeah, me too. And why is this news all of a sudden? I've known ALL these details back then... Even the mystery char. I'm also pretty sure i know what it is. Back when it was first announced, one of the perks was a 'Prothean', of some sort. It was quickly taken down off the gamestop perk list, but it was there. So that's prolly what it is. If i had to guess.DustyDrB said:They announced this back around...June? Yeah, I preordered it then. So what if I'm a fanboy?
