Mass Effect 3 patch issues?

Is anyone is having problems playing Mass Effect 3 on the X-Box 360 since installing the latest patch?

My problem is that the game gets stuck in a infinite loop when checking the DLC. I can't get into the main menu at all. I've tried deleting the game from the HDD as well as all the DLC and re-installing and downloading everything again but that doesn't solve the problem.
I'm forced to delete the patch and then play off line but without the patch the game will not let me play the multiplayer.

Is there a way to solve this problem and what's causing it in the first place, is it the patch?

I'm not having that problem, but multiplayer seems to be a lot glitchier. They were trying to fix the issue that causes the Vanguard to "float" if they get revived after being killed during/after a biotic charge, but they only made it worse.

It also seems laggier and I tend to take "ghost damage" a lot more, where my shields pop and I lose health but get no on-screen indication as to how or why. :/

Hope they sort it out soon.
