Fellow Escapists, I have a question:

Why in the name of all that is holy can I not find anywhere where I can pre-order ME3 collector's edition and get it on release day? It always has to be shipped and as such, I wont get it on release day.

Now I know I live in Wyoming, which is not the metropolitan capital of any universe, but what the hell. I could always whatever games I want, collector's editions or otherwise, before now, but why not ME3 collector's?

Any one know where I can order the damn thing and still get it on release day? (ie what stores? - Gamestop doesn't seem to be a viable option)

Have you considered using online distributors like Amazon at all? Or looking around other stores like Play N Trade? Do a quick Google search and you might find stores that may have locations in your area that place pre-orders for that version of the game. It's just a suggestion. :p

Just because it has to be shipped doesn't necessarily mean it won't get to you on release day. I know at least with Prime, Amazon will get pre-orders to you on release day, and I want to say there are other places that will do the same thing.

Well good news, I have prime. Did not know that you got stuff on release day with it though. Have you done it? It works?

Good deal thanks for the help

I'm not sure what to tell you.

Some advice though, look at your local retailers and see if they offer a pre-order service and see if you can pick the game up on launch day. I live in South Africa and I am doing just that. We have a retailer that allows you to pre-order a game and then you come and pick it up and pay for it on the launch day. Maybe there is something similar where you live?

And yes, I suggest you don't order the ones that ship out. Chances are you're not going to get the game on the day. Unless they ship early; and that will just cause shit.
