I'm pretty sure that's a north African accent, not Jamaican.
They mostly speak Arabic in north African countries and this guy doesn't have Arabic accent. :)
Central Africa then?

His voice just strongly reminds me of a workmate from Nigeria.

Kept in stasis/cryo for 50,000+ years.

Also, real nice of you to keep spoilers out of the thread title OP.
must of mastered it then since some other series it just slows down the aging doesn't stop it completely
How is "how some other series did it" at all relevant? Also, even if it worked exactly the same as technology that has nothing to do with the Mass Effect series, it could have an altogether difference impact on Prothean biology, and Protheans could naturally have a much longer lifespan than humans anyways. Where a human might age 100 years in 10,000 years, and die of old age, I Prothean might age 500 years in 50,000 years, and be perfectly functional 500 year old, as would be the case with say, an Asari.

But like I said, no reason to think tech from a different series has anything to do with anything. For all that matters, maybe he was frozen in carbonite?

Yeah, I was thinking just that. While Nigeria technically counts as north Africa for some reason, I was thinking, linguistically it's closer to central African languages. And that's the accent I hear in this guy's speech.

Then again, I'd love to hear an opinion of someone who actually is from/lives there to tell us exactly what accent Prothy has. It's very relevant to my interests, actually. :)

It has more to do with the fact that this exact topic has already been brought up in many other threads.

You could always just talk about it in one of those.
Nononononononono . . . we must have a separate thread for every miniscule detail.

And now I'm off to create a thread about the colour tint on Tali's visor.
[sub]or maybe a thread about Wrex's wrinkles being in the wrong place . . .[/sub]
[sub][sub]or Miranda's ass being too flat . . .[/sub][/sub]
My thoughts exactly! I mean, does Bioware pay any attention to their own lore?

I'm sorry, what exactly was humorous about your post then? Simply stating a fact doesn't usually make for a good joke, especially not in text.

I've been wondering do the digital deluxe buyers get this as part of the package or will it be on top of that
