Mass Effect: Cerberus DLC help

Ok, I've been trying to download the DLC for people with a Cerberus code. However, whenever i cick on the download button it just comes up with a screenshot which it uses to advertise the DLC. As far as i can tell it never even trys to download the DLC, I just get this page http://na.llnet.bioware.cdn.ea.com/u/f/eagames/bioware/masseffect2/resources/assets/universe/armor/screenshots/cerberus-02-o.jpg

Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have a solution?

Have you tried asking on Bioware's forums? [http://social.bioware.com] Someone there is more likely to know what's what.

erm...dident the game come with the code to put in? Or if you put in the code and your trying to download the armor then a typical download screen should come up.

Its alredy got the code, it just isn't working.
