The plot will be set in 2172, 11 years before Mass Effect. A series of unexplainable explosions within the Citadel have created unrest between the races as no terrorist group is taking responsibility. As citizens of the Citadel live in fear, with a minority even migrating, the Council has decided to send a Spectre to investigate an apparant lack of communication with Metgos, a Turian planet in Arghos Rho. The planet is usually sparsely populated, with Turians stopping off for supplies.

First character to join can be Spectre.

Rules:
-You can kill other characters within the game so long as they aren't someone's primary character.
-Anyone can join, but shouldn't expect to be immediatly made part of the crew.
-Any secondary characters, whilst open to being killed, can play an important role. It may even be that someone will be required to take on the role of a plot pivitol character, who will further the plot (even if it is through death).
-The plot may require primary characters to be killed off. This can be done if you're bored of your character, or if I message you, or you request their death in a message to me. That way we can arrange an "all guns blazing" death.
-Don't invent races or too much new technology. Having a Mako that can time travel and disguise itself as a Police Box will not help.
-Stick to either human, Krogan, Turian, Asari, Salarian, Quarian or Elcor.

Again? Sure thing. It was awesome last time. I guess it is pretty ideal, and it is one of the best games ever in my opinion, so I am happy to see even more of this.

I would join. My third favorite WRPG. Number 2 is Fallout 3 and 1 being KOTOR.

Template
Name: Michael Gross
Age: 24
Race: Turian
Class: Vangaurd
Biotics: Throw and the L3R (sorry didn't know exactly what you wanted)
Favourite Weapon type: Assault Rifle and then Sniper
Occupation: Specter
Backstory: From a young age wanted to join the army. He finally joined at about the age of 17. He had trained all his life to become a Spectre like his dad. His dad died in combat a year before Michael joined the army. He was appointed Spectre soon after based on his performance and other things. Now the only thing he cares about is finding out what the cell has been causing the explosions.

OH CRAP!
RACE, add what race you are to your profile.

Oh, and Shephard was the first human spectre besides Cpt Anderson, so make sure your Spectre isn't human.

Name: Sera'Payna nar Rayya (goes by Sera, naturally)
Age: 18
Race: Quarian
Class: Engineer
Biotics: none, tech skills of AI hack, sabotage, and overload
Favourite Weapon type: pistol
Occupation: Hacker
Backstory: A quarian who originally left the ship to complete her pilgrimage, she became enthralled by the Citadel, staying behind to join the first ship she could as a hacker, willing to go into battle to unlock electronic doors and crates, and occasionally help out in battle. She isn't much of a fighter in direct battles, but is content to stay behind the straight up fighters and toy with the enemy's weapons or shields. She mostly saves her pistol as a last resort.

"What about Gross?"
"The Turian? I was going to suggest that a mission like this requires subtlt.."
"Are you implying something, Salarian?"
"Of course not, but he's yet to prove his worth. Do we really want to send new blood out on a mission as sensitive as this".
"I would insist on it. SOme of our most high profile spectres have to be seen doing something proactive. The last thing we need is accusations of displacency".
"I conceed. Summon him. By luck, I believe he recently docked in the last few days".
"What's his story? If you don't mind me asking? A Turian with a human name? There has to be a story in that".
"Why don't you ask him?" said the Turian councillor, as a fourth person entered the room.

Am I suppose to answer your post above me?

Michael entered the room,

"I heard you wanted me and came as fast as I could. And about my name? My biological mom is a human. My dad fell in love with her and then I came along. I was named by her. She vanished after my dad had an affair with his spouse who is now a widow. So what is my task?"

Name: Verius Avrian
Race: Turian
Class: Soldier
Appearance: Tall, and rather largely built for a Turian. His skin colour is somewhat of a dull green, (like Garrus' in ME) and his head has a single crescent tattoo on his forehead
Biotics: None, a soldier through and through
Favourite Weapon type: Assault Rife, also fond of sniper rifles
Occupation: Diplomatic Bodyguard
Backstory: Raised by an honor-obsessed father from a poor family, Verius' family had never been fine officers in the Turian military, the last one had lost a battle to a force that they outnumbered 6 to 1. Verius is, as a result of his father, also hoping to nourish his family's legacy. After being discharged from the army for a knee injury, Verius later recovered from it and signed up for a security detail with diplomats. He's guarded everyone from Salarians travelling to charity events to members of the council.

The Salarian squared up to the Turian. There was little evidence of human genes in the figure who stood to attention before him, though something was there which he couldn't put his finger on.
"Michael Gross. You arived incredibly promptly, I must say. The matter at hand, as you may know, is one of dire importance to us, and to the people of the Citadel. The attacks are becoming more frequent, and more lethal. Last week, seven were killed, and forty three injured. People are panicking Gross".
The Asari stepped forward, smiling. Asari were known for their enthusiasm for cross-race breeding, and the living breathing example in front of her was a rare case, as Turians rarely looked outside their species for companionship. "We wish for you to investigate the total radio silence we are getting from Metgos and her four orbital stations. There has been no radio contact in four days, and no nearby ships will enter".
The Turian stepped forward, eyeing the Spectre through suspicious eyes. "There are fears that attacks similar to the ones here may have occured, only potentially on a larger scale, mainly owing to the fact that in all the attack locations, at least one Quarian was amongst the victims. Quarians aren't exacty the most common of visitors, I think we can all agree, therefore, it is hard to see a coincidence".
The Salarian took over. "Metgos' main source of trade is passing Quarian ships. If someone is holding a grudge, then Metgos will hit them where it hurts".
"You have your orders," said the Turian, who seemed impatient. "Any questions?"
