Mass Effect problems

I am haveing a problem geting mass effect to run on my PC ive got all the requirements(and then some) i downloaded and installed all the latest patches but it just says it incounters a problem and has to close when i try to play and god do i want to play it.

I am the administrator but it is on vista, but it suports it.

Still, right click on it, and do so. That's solved multiple problems for me with games.
