Obligatory: Oh hey, this thread again.
Anyways, it's happened a hundred times before. It'll probably happen again. We can't practically make a way to prevent it without psychoanalyzing everyone within 5ft of a t.v. screen every waking moment of the day so my reaction is ... meh. Don't get me wrong. The victims/their families have my empathy but by now, it's kind of hard to really care about it. If anything, it has the same effect as when I log in and see another Mass Effect thread start up in the forums. Maybe if we stop giving so much publicity to this stuff, we might see a decrease in it.
