As the topic of this week's issue are villains, i thought it would be appropriate to share this. Mastermind: World Conqueror is a flash game in the vein of Evil Genius made by The Swain (also known for making Blockhead cartoons), starring the eponymous Mastermind and his effort to conquer the world... kinda... sort of. You'll see what i mean.
The game itself is mostly management, and not a lot of action. Hire minions, patsies, Number Two henchman, choose right guns and place turrets for defense. Plot and then execute various nefarious deeds. Steal various scientific research, starting with the stuff any high-schooler ought to know and ending with artificial intellegence and the Doom Laser. Make strategic investments in legitimate companies and buy new bases as you go on.
