But when I am at the local game shop to play the D&D, the magic the gathering players really get on my nerves, especially when a new expansion comes out. I don't know how to explain it, but they just get on my nerves. What with their card trading and space taking up-edness. But then again they probably are annoyed by the loud crappy accents I am doing while role playing.

Do you have any pet peeves when you are in your local game shop?

Maybe it's just me but 'I hate Magic: The Gathering players. Discuss' does not give the impression that that's what you wanted.

When I went to the local game store to get Pathfinder, there were these little kids there looking for yu-gi-oh cards. Now granted, I used to do that, ain't nothing wrong with it. However...I don't ever remember being this annoying. One was wanting some new ultra powerful card, I've lost track, and the owner said the price. The kid then tried to bargain with the owner...Granted, it was amusing since the kid was like 10, but it was also annoying as to how he wasn't giving up and was trying to buy a $50 card or something for like a tenth of the price.

I've seen stuff like that go down.

I was right behind some kid, think he was 13 or 14, doesn't really matter. He was trying to get a $50 card for the change in his pocket. The clerk said something like, "gotta love kids." to me afterwards. I then proceed to do to offer $.87 for the card in question.
