Apparently instead of screwing with code to bring the site down (US Cyber Commands Approach) the CIA allowed the UK's intellegence division known as MI6 to modify the site to instead of showing the proper way to make a bomb "in the kitchen of your mother", it was instead a recipie to make cupcakes.
Quite funny in my mind but seems a tad childish, albiet clever.
