Well, just like the original/first song/music video, I f***ing love the soundtrack. It's a bit more softer than the last one, but it's good because it distinguishes which viewpoint that we are given: in the first soundtrack, we were in the shoes of a guy, which is highlighted by all of the sexy dancing girls and the loud and bass-heavy tunes, while this shows a more imaginative and feminine imagery with lighter tones of a girl.
In terms of what the symbolism is meant to represent, I think that it is about a girl who is a shut-in, noted by her being huddled in a canoe that is roughly her size, and living mostly indoors while only having minor interactions with the world, as noted by her wearing a school uniform.
Most of the imagery in the first song/first half of the video, is the girl expressing her thoughts, dreams, and feelings of the outside world while still remaining in the safety of her home. This is noted by her having a rather serious scowl on her face and not being too excited or interactive with her own creations. Despite this, she still seeks the comfort of another and even desires them when we see close to the end of first song/first half of the video where she 'pleasures' herself briefly, again in the comfort of her own home.
The second song/second half of the video is the girl confidently entering the world as her true self, noted by her revealing outfit that she feels comfortable in. She also reveals to the world that she is brash and outspoken, imposing her views and fantasies on a world that she feels is fragile and bland, compare to her headstrong attitude and imagination.
All this comes to a halt when two things occur:
1.) Her cat, which served as her companion, even in her isolation, is revealed to be just a stuffed animal. This tells us that her imagination is running wild and making it difficult to distinguish what she is actually doing and what is only occurring in her head.
2.) When she sees the guy and girl from the previous song/video, as a couple, she has a breakdown; this could mean that the one she desired (whether it's the guy or girl) has already been taken and her efforts to make herself known are now in vain.
She then retreats to her isolation, embarrassed and saddened that she failed to make her point known to the only person that she cared about. The ending is a bit ambiguous, as we don't know who this individual is that comes to her in her moment of weakness. She nonetheless seems happy and even excited with their presence, meaning that there might be hope for this shut-in to find some kind of happiness after all.
