I usually sleep for between six and ten hours.
Also, I learned from a guest speaker at my school that she started to show some basic symptoms of Huntington's around the age of 18.
That's plenty of sleep. People say 8-10 but it's really about 6-8 hours needed.
I doubt it's huntingtons if you haven't got any family history of it it's incredibly unlikely.

It's definitely Lupus.

It's never Lupus.
This isn't House!
How do you know?... How do you know everything isn't House?

Well, the twichting thing sounds like a lack of magnesium.
You could use those fuzzy tablets.

However, as for this other stuff, I'd recommend going to an actual doctor instead of asking on a gaming forum.
It might be your lifestyle but considering the strength of the symptoms (at least the way you describe them) it'd probably better to be safe than sorry.

I'm probably the closest thing you'll get to a doctor, seeing how you asked for medical advice on a video game website. I'm not even going to attempt a diagnosis based on a few paragraphs but I will give you a run-down of your most likely conditions as well as add to some of the advice you've got so far.

Hunington's- Possible but unlikely. Most family's with a history of well known genetic diseases will have the children screened prenatally. Ask your parents if there is something they haven't told you. And see an IRL Doctor

A stroke- Possible but unlikely in someone your age. If it was a stroke it was a mini-stroke and they usually effect the face as well as the body. Could be a warning of worse things to come. See that IRL Doctor

Arthritis- No probably not. Your too young and it wouldn't explain why your having trouble doing things without conscious thought. Never hurts to see the doctor tho'

Parkinson's- Extremely unlikely in someone of your age but would definitely account for the shaking and depending on severity the loss of your automatic functions.

Tumors- Rare in people your age as well but would definitely account for the symptoms. If you experience any "Phantom smells", (hallucinations where you smell something which is not around you.) especially a burning smell this , then you've probably got a tumor.

Bi-polar disorder- Likely. Depends on severity of your mood swings. Bi-polar means you have periods of manic behavior followed by deep depressive spirals. If you find yourself doing things you wouldn't normally d while in a neutral state you may suffer from this.

Really has nothing to do with the first two symptoms. See a therapist if these symptoms begin to effect your life substantially.

Diabetes- Possible You're concerned about your sugar intake so it seems like you've already thought about this one. If you seem thirsty all the time and have poor circulation (your arms fall asleep fast) see a Doctor and have him test you.

Lupus- House is okay but it's just a little overrated don't you think?

It's easier to find a likely illness if I know the basics about you (height, weight, More exact age etc.). Also a better description or example of your symptoms would help. Most importantly see a doctor right away neurological diseases only get worse with time and some can only be cured when caught very early.

You're feeling wierd and have crazy mood swings. My diagnosis is that you're pregnant.

I'm not a doctor though, so you should probably see one.
