There are two Alliances The new world,and the traditional both made of three Nations.Neither is evil,but have "Their shades of grey."

The traditional Alliance Is against the Building of a new world,they believe that Any attempt to build a new world order will end in a dark age or A corrupt Government.
The new world alliance is made up of Two main nations and Alot of mercenaries.The New worlds are made up of these Nations;
Zi,The Zians are extremely advanced,but have a low population,They start out with high wealth sources,Lower Troop amounts, and there specialized troops are the best.
Kishia,The Kishians are some of the best Soldiers,they have average wealth,average Technology,and are great defensive troops.
Flazarian Mercenaries,they are just Brutes,they Have high starting troops,but low Tech,low wealth,They Usually fight in 'swarms' not Positions.
The Traditional Alliance Is made up of three Complete nations,They are well balanced and battle hardened.
The Airyans, Well trained and eager to fight, they have average troops,average wealth,average training,they Believe they are heroes for fighting against the New worlds,They are the long time Rivals of the Zians.
The Elves,Elfs are a great terrain based warriors,they specialize in Warfare near Rivers and in Forests.Average everything too.
The Resistance, Groups of Men and women From the new world Nations,but are not part of the New world Alliance,low troops,low wealth,but Battle hardened.
Training and recruitment:
Training happens by either fighting or Spending money on training.
levels of training 1conscript, 2 Trained, 3 well trained , 4 battle hardened, 5 Veteran.
Recruitment:You can draft,(Free troops but Not very Experienced,and may be treasonous)
or you can hire ( costs $25 per troop, 35 for specialized)
Starting Amounts:
Zians: 35,000 troops, $50,000 Coins, Overall Experience: Well trained. Specialized Troop:Musketeer(Must be used in groups for effectiveness)
Kishians:40,000 troops, $35,000 coins, Over all Experience : battle hardened .Specialized troop: Kishian Spearsmen (Defensive troop)
Flazarians: 50,000 troops,$23,000 coins, Over all Experience:Trained.Specialized Troop:Berserks (Agressive attacker)
Airyans: 45,000 troops, $40,000 coins,Over all Experience:Well trained. Specialized troop: Blazing Angels,(Extremely fast infantry)
Elves: 35,000 troops,$35,000 coins,overall Experance:Well trained. Specialized troop:Elven marksmen,(Good archers)
Resistance: 20,000 troops, $20,000 coins, Over all Experience:Veteran. Specialized Troop:Sabutors (Flanking troops)
what makes a battle and How a battle Works:
skirmish: Is when you just have one on one,as soon as another general sends there men in its now,
An Assault:This kind of battle has the ability to move the front line,one on two/two on three
Next is a battle: Two on Two this can really move the front line.
Finally there is Slaughter and a Deadlock
A slaughter: is one on three.
A dead lock: is three on three.(at this point no more generals can join)
During a battle you must name your position(like arrowhead,fish scale,etc)and describe it so your enemy knows what it is.
The enemy defends than can Counter attack and so on.
Troops.
Troops are defined as Swordsmen, spears men, and Archer and specialized.These troops are defined by you,For Example,They can be all short swordsmen.
Sword beats archer,Spear beats sword,archer beats spear.
Specialized must be deployed based on Terrain and what they are good at.
Politics:
I'll simplify this since you guys have been reading this so long.
Heres some examples,
A duel:You challenge the other general to a one on one fight,no armies, just you and him.
A surrender:You give up to the other army
Treason
You must surrender to do this) You switch sides.
Ok,make your profile explaining your character (I'll do mine first) and PREPARE FOR BATTLE!!!! (which starts next page)
If you know something(*Cough* *cough* Bojangles and BAM)Don't spoil the surprise.
Edit: how Casualties work,
Its mostly up to you for how many casualties you receive,Remember the who what beats what thing.Also When fighting You must have a Camp where you command your troops.If it destroyed,well, your army falls into chaos,And thousands are slaughtered.
There will be punishments for being light on their casualties.
For Ex: Commander 1 Brings his swordsmen around and attacks with a arrowhead formation,
Commander 2 has his archers fire at the swords,(Even if there is a disadvantage there'll still be Enemy's being picked off.) Commander 2 brings his spears to protect the Archers while they fire.
(Commander 1's swords are probably at a point where they can't turn back,)
Commander 1 orders his Archers to take out enemy archers.
Right now a good estimate of casualties are:
Commander 1, 9,000 swords are dead,No spears are harmed and about 2,000 archers are dead.
Commander 2, 5,000 spears, 3,000 Archers and no swords.
By this point commander 1's morale is sharply Falling.
Commander 2's morale is Slightly climbing.
