You know I look good, brother.

It's a matter of opinion on which of the robot masters is good and bad, but my point stands: they've been using a similar design aesthetic all the way through. It doesn't make any sense to say "the bosses used to be so much better" when even MM2, the game that was once revered as the epitome of the series (and still is by some), had some cruddy boss designs.

Yeah, but I'm just a sucker for the NES classics I grew up with. But try to deny this one... Megaman 2 and 3 had the best music, 2 more than 3 though.

I can easily deny it considering it's a matter of opinion.

Really, though, there are so many great tunes in the MM archives that it's hard to pick one game as a clear winner. If I had to, I'd go with 9. 9 is such a great game that I feel it's not only a worthy homage to the NES era entries but it trumps them in nearly every way. MM3 would be the runner up.

Sheep man's ability gives Mega Man a turtle neck wool sweater. Works well against Chill man because you won't get cold.
Pump man's ability is used comparatively in Mass Effect if you get the special scene

I thought they were running out of ideas in megaman IV yet here we are 6 games later and they're still recycling what is basically 'cold guy' 'water guy' 'fire guy'.

Holy crap I remember that. I think it was for MM6. I believe Knight Man and Wind Man or something like that won.

I liked Glue Man though. Why haven't they used that yet?
