Meet the Pyro! And Source Filmmaker

The final TF2 "Meet the...." video, "Meet the Pyro" has been posted by Valve! After many years of waiting it's finally here. What does everyone think about it? Personally I think it's one of my favorites, we finally get to see the sick, demented mind of the Pyro.


Co-inciding with the release of the Meet the Pyro video is the release of the Source Filmmaker, which gives users the ability to use Valve's tools to make their own films. I'm looking forward to seeing what the fans can make with these new tools!

I just checked a quick search for this and found nothing so I hope I haven't been beaten to the punch repeatedly on this. If this thread has already been made then I apologize.

I'm actually excited for Source Filmmaker (I took the Survey to get it). I would love to make a ton of Team Fortress 2 Cartoons using it! My only problem is, I'm not so good with 3D Programs (Blender was a pain in the butt to make models for, and I couldn't get them to animate right). Hopefully, this will be easy to use.

I have to be honest, i am going to miss the wild flailing about that resulted from making tf2 videos with Garry's Mod.

Source filmmaker is one of the greatest ideas ever. Just imagine the possibilities. And it's a smart business move. It's not surprising that pirates are lining up to buy whatever Valve makes. They are like saints. How can anyone not like these guys?
