I think Capcom thought that even with all the devoted fans wanting a Legends 3 it still wouldn't be profitable enough because honestly, not a lot of people bought a 3DS. That said, this is extremely disappointing news...first Universe and now this.

I was GOING to buy a 3DS - the day MegaMan Legends 3 came out.

Allthough i never played the 2 previous Legends games, its a kick in the teeth to every Mega Man fan who was waiting for a new game, personally i sort of called it in some topic somewhere when Miles Edgeworth 2 was announced not to leave Japan.

Is Mega Man Effect now...in Effect? (personally, just because of the sales of SSREXE was abysmal doesn't mean that the series is bad, just look at MM9, 10 and even the Zero collection, essencially SSREXE was just a port of the first Battle Network with minor chip code changes and a short mini quest added....i don't think Megaman Xis was even a major focusing point outside of promotion)

Axing Clover
Putting horrid DLC in every PSN game
Creating Lost Planet 2
Refusing to release the latest Ace Attorney games outside of Japan
Giving DMC to Ninja Theory to screw up (this coming from someone who liked 4. I'm sure most other fans already thought they ruined this series)
Not allowing RE fans to restart their games to fight used sales (the series was already doomed after Wesker was killed, but this is just the final nail for me in this coffin)

And everything they've done to the megaman series so far (ie. Zero 4, the last of the Battle Networks, X7, and both universe and legends 3 being cancelled)

I never though I'd have to blacklist the company who really got me interested in gaming, but I'm tired of putting up with this crap.

Thus, Square is worse than Capcom. Capcom have the excuse of just being idiots that don't know any better, Square are just a bunch of idiotic relics trying to stay relevant in this day and age...THEY did own some points from me for having put Vagrant Story on the PSN...

Hey guys, remember when Mega Man was better than Sonic for a time? That's changed. See, SEGA actually makes the game that has promise and what fans want. Sonic Generations definitely proves this. I was interested in this project then Capcom was all like "Lol, jk guys. We were just trolling." I got uninterested and then I remembered there were these things called Skyward Sword and Sonic Generations that made me care less about Legends 3 and I saw games that had more promise in my opinion.

Right now Capcom has RETARDEDLY high sales expectations.

They want the DMC reboot/prequel to sell 5 million units, and the fans currently hate it, most not for legitimate reasons I may say, but upset they are.
