Menacing Enemies

I recently played RE4 again, and I have to say, I've gotten used to the type of scary in Resident Evil games. It's sort of that "things popping out of tight places" scary, where you are rushed to do something really fast or die. But there is ONE thing that has always scared me for no specific reason...


This guy right here. No matter how many times I play Resident Evil 4, I am always reluctant to fight those guys. It's easy, and very rarely do they manage to kill me, they are just so menacing and make me rush myself to try and kill them. And they take FOREVER to kill, too...

It's just so hard for me...
So, Escapist, who do YOU find just plain scary/hard to beat/makes you reluctant to fight?

Dead Rising... The convicts, yeah they're just a bunch of annoying stereotypes. But, shit they're tough to beat.

The only enemys iv ever been afraid of fighting were the Redeads from OoT.


That....scream.........*Shudders*

Don't remind me.....

I spent 2 hours, TWO FUCKING HOURS trying to kill those damn guys the other day.
They always respawn right when im out of Items or Weapons that can hit them and not the jeep.
I end up trying to get them stuck between a wall and a tree and if i have a gun, taking out the guy on the turret so i can use it.
Once he is gone it makes things a lot easier.

Its because of one sound... "BRAAAAAAAAAAWWWWW!!!!!"

OT: Definitely Bloodsuckers in the STALKER games. Invisible until they're about to jump on your face. I've wasted more than my fair share of ammo just trying to get them before they get me.

Brute chieftains, maybe. I can't think of many at the moment.

EDIT: Also Geth hunters from Mass Effect 2. I hate those bastards.
