I actually can't. The iPhone keeps messages from the same people in one "conversation" so I'd have to go through every message sent and compare what times said messages were sent. I.e, if I scroll down to the "19th" message it would actually be the person who has contacted me (or me him/her) less than 18 other people, not the 19th message sent.
Saying that, what I think was my 91st message;

. And I've got to get up at 9 since is dad is coming up :S x"
I think that was the time my friend and I accidently stayed up all night playing Pokemon and watching films and I was already being nocturnal for the good part of the week beforehand so I decided to reset my body clock by staying awake all day (this was after waking up at about 12pm the day before)
