No matter how your family has treated you, don't just shut up and never tell anyone anything. Especially not after what happens at ages 7 and 9. Watch for strange muscular pains at 14, it's a sign of a mildly crippling and incurable condition. Even further when you begin to try and make your webcomic actually do it and stop letting other people get in on the project then do nothing you ask them to. It's not just you, and you're not full of shit. The 4th grade teacher really, truly, honestly is out to get you and is actively trying to fuck you over. Put up with it for the year, grit your teeth, speak up when she pulls her nonsense, and otherwise just shut up and do your work. On the last day of 4th grade, run up to her and kick her in her dusty old cooch as hard as you can as many times as you can. You're probably a yellow belt at this point if I remember right, so she'll definitely feel it. Whatever trouble you get in will be totally worth it, and you can rest easy knowing that the principle is totally on your side and will screw her out of thousands of dollars before the summer is out.
Also don't trust Matthew. He's a thieving little shit.

You are not "a cut up, one eyed freak"
What you did was AMAZING! There are not one in a million who would do what you did and people will never stop being amazed by it, by the same token however, people will always be scared of your face. Ignore them, they dont know what happened so why care.
Also, Tammy? The really shy girl you saved? The one that visits everyday but does not really talk much? She brought new flowers everyday while you were unconscious? She is does not feel guilty or obliged too see you everyday cuz of your body, she loves you. When you finally get together you will find she is the best thing to ever happen to you.
The job thing... no, you can never do your dream job... you will find one that makes you happy, but you will never really get over it
Well... i only spoiled one thing, but until you and tammy start dating, you wont heal mentally, so ill save you a few years of mentally beating yourself up and resentment.
