Lessee...

Once, I dreamt I was in a sniper/spotter team with Garrus from Mass Effect. We were at the beach looking for a target in a house from on top of a dune. I don't think we actually completed the mission: I think we just talked, and then either I woke up or my subconscious changed reels.

I vaguely remember something about playing laser tag with my friends from high school against a bunch of zombies in a hotel with really bizarre architecture. It may have also involved an anime convention in a mall containing a ridiculously ornate fast food restaurant, but I could be remembering another dream.

On a far less cool note, I was once taking a nap before class, and dreamt I was in my Japanese classroom alone, when I looked to my right and saw a girl I was interested in. She said "I despise you." Hmm, I wonder what that dream meant >_> Anyway, the class I was taking a nap before was Japanese, and said girl was in that class as well. Suffice it to say, I was very tempted to skip class that day.

The recent fucked up dream I've had, involved strapping Twilight Sparkle down and sawing off her horn. I've had several really, really bad dreams involving the main cast from MLP...
That's some fucked up stuff. But then again, who are we to question the creativity of the subconcious. I suppose you didn't question what you were doing whilst you were dreaming, only when you woke up.
For some reason, I've had some weird dreams about the main cast. Like forcing fluttershy to kill one of her pets, burning the apple family orchard down, raping rainbow Dash... So much wrong stuff.

I once had a dream where I was fighting Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. You know, her dragon form? I have no freakin' clue why (especially because I haven't seen that movie in 5 years at that point (Watched it the day after the dream)), so I was very confused :3

I also had a dream about Batman, was a while ago though.
I was a vampire (a good willed one, mind you) part of a friendly vampire guild of sorts, until he came... It wasn't the normal Batman, he was rather twisted and disturbed and in a massive rage. All of us (must have been over a hundred of us) tried to kill him, blow him up, shoot him, hell we even derailed a train full of exploding barrels on him, but he just wouldn't die.
I remember screaming at him "Why won't you die! Why do you want to kill us anyway!", as he walked slowly towards me, away from the burning wreckage of the train which just ran straight into him, he only said "Because you're different".
Yey dreams... even Sigmund Freud would be shocked by some of it.

Haven't remembered a dream since I was 6 years-old. I have vague memories of a lucid dream from my childhood though, where I, as King Kong, blew up the head of a cannibalistic fat woman with my mind... I was an odd child, I know.

I once had a dream where I was fighting an army of King Dalton's from Chrono Trigger, and suddenly a giant cotton candy turtle landed on the ground, and started shooting candy laser beams at me.
Then I ate pancakes.
That was an awesome dream.

once had a dream where i was breaking into this house, but once inside I found that my family was there along with a bunch of other families, and we where being forced to play simple bored games, and the family member who lost was killed, then the survivors had to move on to the next game. but I found an escape route with my sister and two other random kids and made it outside onto a golf course where we came across the guy behind killing most of our families. he gasses the other kids, shoots my sister then throws a knife at me and it hits me in the leg so i pull it out and throw it back but he catches it and throws it at me again but this time i dodge and catch it and throw it into his neck. so i lied down waiting to bleed out from the leg injury and a cat walked by then i woke up.

A couple nights ago, I had a dream that this circus went to my town, and my friends and I were all talking about going to check it out, so we were all standing in my kitchen drinking tea and making plans, when a voice on the radio started talking about how the circus had gotten into legal trouble and was closed to the public.

My friends and I decided to go see the circus anyway and just lurk, I suppose, and when we got there all of the corpses were displayed in morbid and they were all leathery and their eyes had been scooped out and their mouths were open like they were screaming. Suddenly I was alone, and I couldn't run away, so I just dropped to my knees and covered my eyes until someone picked me up and carried me away.

That someone turned out to be this chick whom was a psychic acrobat, and she told me that the corpses were of lawyers, and that the legal problems were because the circus was kidnapping children and feeding them to demons, and in turn the demons were kidnapping psychics and telekinetics and such from birth and forcing them to perform so that it would be 'the best circus ever'. Then I woke up.

Welcome to my subconscious.

Woahkay...this is going to get f***ed up.

Firstly, explanations. I am almost always aware that I am in a dream. Within the past few years, most of my dreams have become consistent. They have recurring characters and places, most of which have some psychological significance to me, some of which are me, characters i have written for film projects that are in fact exagerrations of aspects of my own personality. I can control my own actions, but nothing else.

Recently, my dreamworld has been at war. The positive characters vs the negative, with my place in flux. The location of this war is Plymouth. The city I am going to university at. It will be the first time I have lived away from home. The scale of the war is too big for my established characters, thus I have seen characters from my favourite fictions appearing. The symbolism seems pretty obvious here. I have two ways I can approach uni. The same grumpy, misanthropic b****** that trusts no one, or a generally nice, if slightly twisted, person. The dreamscape reflects this.

I have come to a conclusion though, consciously. I can't maintain this "lone wolf" crap. I'm gonna need other people. Hell, for the first time in a long time, I admit that I want people. That i'm lonely, that I even truly feel such an emotion.

I know what I can do to finalise it. The leader of the "negative" army is a character called "the vigilante". I made him as part of my first project at college. He's a serial killer with a f***ed up moral code. He's bitter, resentful, angry, and he's also me. I even played him. He's a symbol of my own hate, violent urges, mistrust, misanthropy. I take him out, and I can carry on, or at least with that symbolic victory, I can make it easier. Every time I have met him in my dreams I have ran or fought him, but held back from killing him. This ends next time I see him.

I've had some REALLY weird dreams. Not morally messed up, just they defy sanity in every way possible.

The weirdest I probably had was a very vivid one too. The dream started off pretty mundane, playing tennis with a couple of my friends. Later on it progressed to me and one of my friends sleeping in bed together. The only difference was that we both had pie crusts on our chest. We slept for a while until we woke up and I noticed the pie crusts were gone and there were crumbs in the bed. Panicked I turned over to tell her that our pie crusts were stolen, halfway through doing so I actually woke up and realized that she was not sleeping next to me. The scariest part is that it took a minute or so after waking up to realize that I never had a pie crust to start off with.

Years ago I had a bad fever and was stuck in bed for a few days, the flu got worse at night when I tried to sleep, I finally fell asleep and I had a dream, I was just floating in some empty black space or something and although it doesn't sound very weird the feeling was just strange and unbearable.
Not painful or anything like that, I just hated it.

Unfortunately I don't remember any of my dreams much anymore, I love remembering them even if they're scary, because it's a feeling you can't get anywhere else.

I haven't remembered my dreams for quite some time now, but when I was younger, I had a dream where a stereotypical Witch was chasing my around, only instead of a broomstick, she rode a chainsaw.

Shit was so fucking cash.

The most disturbing dream I remember is me slowly cutting off a kids limbs with a chainsaw. And videotaping it. Ya...
My best one was one of me flying though. So that's cool.

I had one when I was little (The last one I can remember) in which I was alternatly fighting and running from vampires. When one of my parents asked me what I was doing I said "Fighting vampires" and continued to run. What a nightmare.

I used to also have a few recurring ones. One in which I would jump down the staircase in our house, landing safely on the bottom, and one where I would be struggling to swim to the surface of the ocean, be unable to hold my breath, let it out, and realise I could breath underwater. Then I turned back round and swam back down. Never saw what was up there.

Nothing as fucked up as some of the ones I've read here though. I must have relativily boring dreams :p

I started getting a lot of lucid dreams after watching Inception for some reason, but the last weird dream I remember was that I was with my family in dad's car, and he cutted off some ***** that cutted him off earlier while driving(he does that from time to time, no matter the gender of the person), so then this woman pulled over moments later and shots dad in the face. It was pretty gruesome and I didn't what was happening, I didn't if I should've crying, go face my certain death while avenging my father... but then I looked back to so my brother and mother (and this is the part I started lucid dreaming, since I was in control of my actions) and they were just smiling like nothing happened.
"Wait, this is some kind of glitch" I thought and right then I said "I'm in a dream, right you guys?". They didn't reply, so I did the next logical step any man would make after realizing they are in a dream and I began thinking of a very kinky dress for the soon to materialize Jessica Alba. Then moments later I was waking up, thinking how awesome it was to finally have a lucid dream, so I got up and started going to the bathroom when I noticed that my bedroom looked exactly like my bedroom from the place where I moved from almost 4 years ago.

Then I finally woke up (this time for real) thinking if my subsconcious mind had just trolled me.

Had this weird dream I was playing SAW without looking at the TV screen in a dark and damp room. I had no idea where I was and why I coudn't stop playing. My eyes were incredibly tired, it had been clear I hadn't slept for days. Someone whispered "Go to sleep" and when my character was hit over the head with a baseball bat I was aswell and then I woke up.

I also had this dream a few years ago where milk bursted out my hands like a helium balloon being blown-up and then popped.

Since I'm a lucid dreamer, almost all my dreams are kinda weird... but my subconscious seems to be more creative, so I usually tend to create scenarios and let my subconscious fill out the rest... which can sometimes backfire in a weird fashion..

I.e. only being able to think in a straight line, no parallel thinking, or being an even number in a world full of uneven numbers. Or trying to restore order in a ever-changing world. The worst part is, since these are just concepts/ideas, a quick reset (by waking up, or changing the scenario) usually doesn't help so I end up in a infinite loop of waking up and trying to reset my dream, till I finally wake up for good.

I guess it's unnecessary to mention that these nights are everything but restful.
