I know I'm picking a pretty tame part of the game, but the meat-covered floors and walls in Silent Hill 4 made me psychically nauseous. Just hearing those sloshy, meaty noises every single time you take a step...

Resident Evil 4 didn't even have black zombies, they where Spanish because it was set in Spain although it was the ambiguously named "West Europe"...

killer7. Just the entire game. Though more specifically one of the assassination targets. He is a former cop who runs an all-girl orphanage and... You can see where this is going. Needless to say, it was very messed up.

No one's mentioned Katamari Damacy yet? Really? You can roll people, animals, and entire fucking landmasses into giant balls that you then use as fuel to form fucking STARS. You burn people to make STARS. And don't even get me started on all of the obvious drug references in the game.
There were drug references in that game!?!

O_O

LOL. J/K.

Yea that whole game was on something. But it's really messed up in a good way. The most messed up part I think is the Prince's daddy. I mean seriously -- what a douche bag!! And only David Bowie can pull off that look damnit! >|

I love to hear the people screaming and squirming in pain as you roll up their helpless bodies.... 8D

resident evil 4 and 5 because all the zombies seem black (mosly in resident evil 5 when you get to the marshlands and all the tribal zombies are black i mean seriusly) also is it just me or is it only resident evil 5 that has a sort of black main chariter (thats not including josh because he is a secondary chariter)
They're black in RE5 because you are in fucking Africa, and all the zombies in 4 are Spanish, and I'm pretty sure I never saw a black zombie in that one.

Well, some might say that Postal 2 and its expansion is totally messed up, but i do enjoy it alot...

Whats not to like about using cats as gun silencers and pissing people in the face until they puke, then being followed by you puring gasoline on them and setting them on fire?

You know what, nevermind... Thats actually pretty messed up..
But still pretty fun..

Can't think of something from an older game, but as I am now working my way through New Vegas, I found the ghoul and robot hookers quite disturbing. So, I had to try them out.

...my original thought was correct, it was VERY messed up.

There's many a strange detail to be found in the Shadow Hearts series, but I seem to be the only person who finds it the least bit odd that the hero of the latest game is a 16-year-old private eye. Who looks like a 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL.

Drakengard is as messed up as it gets. It has every taboo topic in the book (incest, necrophilia, pedophilia, killing and eating children, etc.) and not to mention the freaking giant flying man-eating babies. I don't think I need to say much more than that. Man-eating babies.

I guess it was a little strange but I didn't think much of it. It's a fantasy game, of course weird things are thrown into the plot. (Though, there wasn't a single good thing about that game, so I just kind chalked in it up as "meh.")

Well I'm gonna go a bit off mainstream games,

So, I'm gonna say Psychonauts deserves the gold medal.

#1 Most Disturbing has to go to "Psychonauts": "Meat Circus" level,
I found meat grinders spewing out messed up zombie rabbits highly disturbing,
not to mention the Butcher's whole appearance.

#2 Honorable Mentions still goes to "Psychonouts": "The Milkman" level,
a whole level based on the concept of Paranoia would be disturbing enough as it is,
without the whole evil girl scouts troop sideline.

#3 Classic Honorable Mentions has to go to "Weird Dreams",
a game where you have to survive a bizarre nightmare featuring,
among other things a giant cotton candy machine, flying fish and a mad little girl playing with a man eating football. Wait but that's not all, the Protagonist in the real world is actually lying in an intensive care unit, and every life you lose in the dream causes his heart rate to worsen until a game over sequence shows the patient flat lining.

I guess there are more games I can talk about, but these are the core of the disturbing gaming world.
